We keep our inventory local to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding areas. This provides us the ability to focus on properties, visit them regularly to perform walk throughs and vendor accountability. We decided in the beginning that we would not stretch ourselves by taking on too many properties. This allows us to focus on owner and guest relationships personally.

You'll love this part... we do not have a set fee. We make a set percentage based on your occupancy. What this means for you is that we work hard to make sure you stay well occupied and at great rates.
We will send a detailed statement monthly, by the 5th, and all owner payments are made directly via ACH payment, by the 10th.
